I bought this bag for our annual trip from Indianapolis to Gulf Shores. I bought it for our trip in April 2020 but the pandemic closed everything. We were able to use it this year, in 2021. Mind you, I unpacked it the day before and set it up for our trip so it was protected in the shipping box the entire time. No damage when initially installed on the roof of our Sorento. I have luggage racks so I could wrap all 6 buckles and secure the bag. I noticed while driving that the 'so-called' anti-slip pads they provide slide under the bag about halfway down during transport. Our journey is 750 miles one way. I also noticed that the zippers would come apart exposing the contents because the velcro wouldn't stay down during the ride. With the help of my son I was able to adjust the bag and attach the non-slip lining. We zipped them all the way around so the wind wouldn't open them up again as the velcro wasn't effective. But when we got to our apartment, the pillow had slipped out again! On the way back we also packed it and made our way back. The lining slipped out as usual, but I didn't notice any initial problems until I got home to unpack, clean and store the bag. My discovery of damage in all photos provided! Very disappointed that this bag couldn't even last 1500 miles round trip?!?! Apparently used 1 time. We can't even fix it. My next step is to contact the seller directly. Extremely disappointed!
