IT'S A HORRIBLE SMELL! Bell color peeled off
HAD A HORRIBLE SMELL! I let him go for 3 weeks! But the shiny things didn't come off. She is usually scratchy and hates collars. She hardly scratches them. Also today I noticed that the paint on the bell is peeling off! Where are we going? This is a concern. I'll find a foam collar for her. My fault is that I didn't see this one. I was looking for that.
