The roll comes with zippered mirrored vinyl, meaning there are air gaps between the adhesive and the backing. So I think it was partially dried up. I followed the instructions but it never stuck very well. It kept bubbling and bubbling. I took everything off and added glue to make it stick. Still strapped in and filled with blisters. I'm a graphic designer and I'm pretty good at working with different products because I'm careful, painstaking and following the instructions. This vinyl mirror adhesive is a waste of money. I hope there is a better brand.
