We used this for a large window above the bathtub. The window was already translucent but you could still see movement and shapes from the outside. This product completely blocked off any movement visible from the outside but still lets in a lot of light. I was surprised at how thick and sturdy the material is. It’s not easy to tear. The instructions say to cut with scissors before you install, but I decided to use a sharp knife after I had put it up so I could get it right next to the edge. This turned out to be a little difficult since the material is a little rubbery when wet and a knife can cause some jagged edges if you’re not very careful. Overall I am pleased with the product. I have not experienced any corners peeling back like some users have but time will tell.
