After upgrading to Win 10, my Dell XPS laptop became unreliable on my home network. I believe the network card drivers are to blame as Dell has stopped supporting updates for my particular laptop model. So I chose the Panda USB as it is inexpensive and belongs to the limited subset of these products that support Win 10 by default. And according to them, the device is fully PnP. I just plugged it in and just followed the quick setup instructions (I didn't install the Panda drivers from the CD that came with the product). It found my network immediately and after logging in I was good to go with good reliability and performance. The connection wasn't entirely error-free over the month I've been using the device, but the number of disconnects was manageable. Performance (processing speed) is good as qualitatively I didn't notice any difference in internet responsiveness and download speed compared to setting up my laptop with Win 7 Pro and its internal network card. All in all, the device offers very good value for money in this price range, so I give it 5 stars without too much trouble.
