First they are tiny but they fit true to size. Before ordering, be sure to take a measuring device with you and see for yourself how big a square centimeter is. The quality seems to be stable. There are MANY colors and shades, so I think this collection will come in handy when you just need a few pops of color or need to fill an area with different shades of color. After searching the box a bit, it turned out I was going to get a square about 2 inches in a specific shade. This isn't necessarily a problem, but the information might help someone else. This is a good box. but not as useful for finding individual tiles of a specific shade. Expect to spend a little time sorting.
