If you are looking at inches these fenders should fit 27" 1.5" wide tyres. The 700c rim has a bead diameter of 622mm, while the 27" rim has a bead diameter of 630mm - a negligible difference when it comes to mudguards. The wings themselves are hard plastic, flex and look well built. Fitting the fenders requires your bike to have eyelets front and rear. Adjusting the fenders with the included accessories was difficult as the plastic mounting washers limit the fender's adjustment. In my case, the attached spokes had to protrude significantly beyond the washer to have a proper fit. However, this can be fixed with bolt cutters. The installation itself is quite simple. You will need an Allen key (8mm I think?) to properly tighten the supplied screws. the bike hit the wall or accidentally kicked the fender assembly.
