That I could send texts back or forth with my clients, it was easy to track all of our messages and keep up with everyone's progress in one spot! The app crashed often (not just during times when there were lots of people using it). Also sometimes you couldn't reply from your computer unless you logged out first before logging into bitesized through that device - which made me think we'd need some sort of mobile phone as well to get things done efficiently/quickly? It didn't really help us improve customer service so much but more like helped eliminate any human error. We used this mainly because of how simple & effective it seemed compared to other texting apps available for business purposes such as Whatsapp etc.
