So far so good. I am extremely rough on my tools I work in a mainstream shop and for the past 5 days have absolutely beat the snot out of this thing and it's still going! I am definitely not being nice to it.Pros. 1. It's definitely quieter than my last big name brand Electric ratchet that I had before.2. As far as battery life goes it's decent.I had to put a fresh battery in on day 3 to me that some pretty good life. Also another cool little thing about the batteries if you have a 12 V car adapter you can plug them in and charge them don't have to have the docking station!they use 18650 cells Inside the batteries so there's always Room for larger capacity batteries later on down-the-line.Cons.1. Well let me tell you win this thing gets a little bit of Greece or oil on it It's like trying to grab a soggy wet noodle the rubber Gripping portion of it does not work all that well that's my only complaint so far. please remember you get what you pay for in my opinion this is an awesome value."ONE YEAR UPDATED"BUY THE EXTENDED WARRANTY The tool made it for one year I can't complain for the price.
