Just like the Fram version
I got out my old Fram filter and compared the Spearhead to what I used to have installed. They're identical, and honestly, I like Spearhead better. My filter has a bead of glue down the center for extra strength, and the Spearhead version was much stronger than the Fram. It was cheaper and appears to have been built better. would recommend.
