I bought six Murray AFCI/GFC circuit breakers. Three of them failed the self-test. This is an unacceptable failure rate. Worse, the included documentation leaves a lot to be desired. I also installed a couple of Square D circuit breakers on the subpanel and they all worked and have extensive documentation. EG Gfci by Square D includes a calendar tag for testing notes. (This was not a self-test.) Murray only has one line indicating that if both diodes are blinking continuously, the breaker needs to be replaced. If I didn't have a Murray board I wouldn't be using these switches. They don't inspire confidence.
