Review on CURT 56331 Custom 4-Pin Trailer Wiring Harness, Vehicle-Side, Compatible with Chrysler Town and Country, Dodge Grand Caravan, in Black by Brian Forbis

Disappointed so far. Bought for a 2016 Dodge Caravan. First, the package arrived empty. It did not include any installation parts - screws, cable ties, connectors, double-sided tape, fuse, dust cover for 4 spade connectors. Second, the length of the cable forces you to install the control module in the driver's side tail light. As a result, the cable is not long enough for the 4-pin connector to reach the tow hitch. It's about a foot walk and half that short. Third, the connector that comes with the driver's side taillight "snaps" into the OEM socket. Interconnects. The size is not quite suitable for this connector. Just couldn't use it yet. I am not yet satisfied with the device.
