Easy if you don't mind altering the product to make it fit.
I didn't know if it would fit my CB600F but after bending the top of the bracket (to align the holes under the hood) it does fit. I used a vise to bend it and then put the bolts in the holes. The longest part of the process was reinstalling the license plate lights, but with the wiring, that's to be expected. Works great but hangs a little lower than I would like. I don't know if everything comes out of the box, but if you can cut or bend metal you can probably fit it to different bikes or trailers.
