Good indication for correct project and microcontroller
I use this with Arduino IDE and ESP8266 / Adafruit HUZZAH and found a library with the code I needed, it was pretty easy to set up for my project, and the performance Very low consumption even when upgraded. It takes a few seconds to update - if you need a faster update you can skip the three-color panels. Additionally, you need a device or board with enough memory to upgrade your display.
