Attractive price, somewhat unusual packaging (in a bag). Impressive customer support: 1 in 4 had the center shank misaligned with the hex shank causing the bit to wobble (heavy: almost 1/4 inch). I've tried re-drilling the shaft but to no avail. The vendor's customer service already sent a polite email ("let us know"), so I reported the issue. After about 5-6 hours I received a reply with an offer to either return the entire purchase or send the entire "other set". out of four and in any case I don't have to return the original order.
