Melted Power Cable
About 1 month in use and noticed an odor from the wiring, after inspection I found that the main power cable connected to the control box was burned out and melted. Something in the switch box has heated and melted the wire. I can't find replacement parts and I don't know how to contact the seller to see if they offer a warranty on these parts. Cannot use my house and its previous refund limit for Revain and risk burning it down. What now? Market Bay please help.
