I have ordered two. One worked. one not.
Love the size and the hidden cord. I like that one cable is enough to power the device. I ordered one for my sister when I was setting up a computer for her. It worked and I liked it so much that I ordered one for myself to replace my old and large DVD drive. But the new one didn't work. I think it's okay to occasionally get products that are DOA. Nice that the return is easy.
