Review on CARTMAN Bungee Stretchable Pickup Carabiners by Frankye Sherman

Bought this item to cover a cooler and 24 cases of water on a truck while traveling in Colorado (from Texas). It came in a package first and I had to untangle this whole mess. He's got these cheap plastic hooks to hold on to. They held but moved along the girder so it wasn't as secure as I wanted. The real problem was that the black material of the bungee cord rubbed against the strap while riding and broke off/burned another piece at every stop I made. I don't know if it was the heat, the wind, or the speed I was riding at, but it was stupid. I kept tightening the laces (I thought they would hold) and it never felt secure. In the end (after the sixth mishap) I just removed it and used zip ties to hold the radiator to the bracket. Really disappointed in the product. Edit: After posting my review, I requested a refund for the product. They were very nice and immediately refunded the money for the purchase. They also didn't ask to return the (broken) item. So I'm increasing my rating to 2 stars.
