Review on Enhance Home Security with Kwikset 99550-004 Smart Code 955 Electronic Lever, Iron Black by Jerimiah Augustine

Installation was very easy even for a beginner like me. The instructions are very clear but it took me a few reads as this is my first time installing a lock. It took me about 45 minutes to remove the old lock, put this one in, program it and recode it. It would have been quicker if there hadn't been a rookie mistake that resulted in me locking myself inside and having to walk around the house a few times to access the outside of the castle. The hardware has a nice solid yet elegant look. The mechanism and toggle switches feel well-oiled and smooth. The only issue is that the keys on the keyboard feel a little cheap and offer little play, but aren't distracting enough. We've only been using it for a few days at the time of this review, so we can't comment on that. on durability, but it feels well made. Overall, I can recommend this device.
