The ease of use! I have been able to set up my church's website with very little experience or knowledge required by me at all - other than knowing how computers work (which isn't much).

It has allowed us as volunteers who are not tech savvy people an easy way into our system without having any issues that we would normally face when trying something new like this before now. There was nothing really about it which didn’t seem intuitive enough but there were some things where you needed help from someone else if they weren‘t available immediately so maybe those could be improved? But overall everything seemed pretty straight forward once your past their initial setup process.
