Having trouble installing your Hailong? Here is your solution!

WARNING. I abused this product but it worked great! Frame and attached to the eyelets of the drinking bottle. My problem was that where the holes are on the frame, the battery doesn't fit in the correct orientation. I asked some people in the electric bike community for advice on what to do. There are methods of securing the new tabs to the frame with cable ties, cable ties, and nylon straps, but due to the added weight of this battery over a water bottle, I was concerned that they would slip. Drilling new holes and using rivets to attach the battery mount was an option, but I have quite a bit of OCD and was afraid I would drill wrong or wrong. A gentleman suggested this product so I decided to give it a try. As soon as we received the product, it was clear that it was of high quality. For the price I paid for the B-RAD 4 (just under $22), I was expecting something of low quality, but I was wrong. The included zip ties are flat so the ends don't look protruding, the foam tape has high quality tape, the screws are flat with a deep socket for a screwdriver and are of high quality, and the product itself is of high quality. I also mocked the whole thing and ended up using extra nylon washers with bolts that attach to the original lugs on the frame to act as a lock washer of sorts. I attached the foam tape at the top and attached it to the bike by tightening the screws and zip ties at the top. After completing the installation, the product was attached very firmly. When installing the battery mount, instead of using two holes on one side of the frame, I was able to use three spaced holes, which made for a much stronger connection. As seen in the second photo, the B-RAD 4 runs almost the full length of the battery mount, providing a flat mounting surface compared to the raised tabs on the frame. Everything fitted together so well it was like the product was designed to attach to a Hailong backpack. Even with a bike that has the factory bosses in a good position I will still buy a B-RAD 4 in the future because it seems so much more durable. Bravo for a great product.
