Sturdy and rises fairly quickly with assistance
My husband is a contract worker and he got it right in about 20 minutes. He used a different drill bit and several different anchors due to the type of cement we put him on. I agree with other reviews that the caps make it a bit cheap but they seal it and do the job. It is very durable and decorates our porch. I think it's great that my children and parents can now get on and off safely. I also like that it's powder coated as living in a state that gets a lot of snow and frost it should hold up well but is easy to paint if you need to touch up.
