The railing set includes everything you need and is solid once assembled. We actually had to cut the support rod to make our ladder fit properly (we were lucky the local welder cut it for us). There were parts of this work that required two people. The rock/concrete drill wasn't deep enough so we had to use our own. Looks great, solid handrail!

This track was purchased for my porch. I have four steps and this handrail is perfect for this application. It wasn't difficult to assemble, but two people make it easy. Everything was there with handrails, all fastening parts and even a drill and a screw. The drill made installing the concrete studs much easier. Got the job done in about an hour. The handrails are strong and look good. I am very satisfied with this handrail and can recommend it.

One of the seller's assumptions is that both mounting points will be installed on concrete. I had one made of concrete and one made of wood. I had to add some clamps to the wood end. I believe the center rail should be attached before the handrail. I also think the concrete drill that was provided should be a bit larger = it was difficult to drive the anchors. My husband is a contract worker and he got it right in about 20 minutes. He used a different drill bit and several different anchors due to the type of cement we put him on. I agree with other reviews that the caps make it a bit cheap but they seal it and do the job. It is very durable and decorates our porch. I think it's great that my children and parents can now get on and off safely. I also like that it's powder coated as living in a state that gets a lot of snow and frost it should hold up

The handrail itself is reliable and functional. The package was a torn box with tape missing instructions and a bag of gear. The company responded quickly to my email and sent a package with equipment and instructions. The instructions are worthless. The equipment supplied was incorrect and intended for a different tire. We were able to get the hardware to work, but the caps were for a different rail, so they didn't fit our rail. I sent another letter, they said they would sort it out tomorrow.

Product exactly as described. It's well constructed. The designers made provision for a tread height adjustment, but it didn't have enough reach to accommodate my stride. The railing itself is of excellent quality and well finished. It's easy to assemble. This can be done by one person but is easier with a second pair of hands. Big Grip is the type of anchor bolts that come with the concrete step installation kit. If I had to do it all over again I would throw out the ones that came with the kit and get better ones from a hardware store.
