The handrail itself is reliable and functional. The package was a torn box with tape missing instructions and a bag of gear. The company responded quickly to my email and sent a package with equipment and instructions. The instructions are worthless. The equipment supplied was incorrect and intended for a different tire. We were able to get the hardware to work, but the caps were for a different rail, so they didn't fit our rail. I sent another letter, they said they would sort it out tomorrow. The product is good, customer service is good, but disappointed with the instructions and equipment installation problems.
