I had an issue this weekend with a non turbo 2003 pt cruiser where it first overheated and the sensor failed. I was thinking of some antifreeze. So I'll add a little more. But after an hour, the antifreeze will begin to gurgle and rise. I've researched extensively on the internet what it could be. Radiator fan, blockage between air conditioning condenser and radiator, thermostat, bubbles in the cooling system, broken hoses, bad or clogged radiator, cylinder head gasket, water pump, but also a simple radiator cap can cause this problem. So this fixed the problem. Aldo, don't forget to pump the air too. Thanks, now it works. 105,000 Pt cruiser that is strong. It remains only to change the engine mounts.
