I like that it is easy to use and the customer service department is always very helpful. It does not have any features that I do not like. I do not think there are too many things that I dislike about this program, but I can think of some other programs that I wish it had. If you want a user friendly asset management software with a lot of options, then this software will help you get what you need. We started using this system when we purchased our new facility. It has given us all of the necessary information to keep track of everything in one place, and it allows us to quickly search for whatever item we are looking for.
