The ease of use of the system. I can create multiple sub-projects within one project, which makes it easier to keep track of what's going on. The ability to have multiple people work on one project at once and be able to see who is doing what. It would be nice if there was an option to add comments directly into the tasks as well. If you are looking for a simple way to manage your projects, this is great! It has made my job much easier. We have been able to keep track of all our jobs and make sure that they are being completed on time.
