I would like to start by saying that I really like this scooter, and when it was working I rode it to work everyday. Of my fellow employees 4 of them have bought scooters and at least 1 has a HIBOY scooter, so in a way helping this company sell it's products. But now I'm having a problem getting replacement parts for this scooter the HIBOY TITAN PRO. I have contacted the company by way of email to let them know I cannot use the scooter because of the error code E06 and they have responded every time promising I will receive a replacement dashboard BUT as of today Wednesday 6/29/2022 I have not received the replacement dashboard yet.
