Not bad, but not great
Pros: The construction of the pads feels solid and they look like they'll last a long time. The price is quite low. Cons: They are very thin/narrow. They don't even cover the tires on my Honda Accord, let alone my F-150. The pad profile (height) is not high enough to inspire confidence in its stopping power. They don't stick to the ground well. At least the pads I got didn't have the little rubber boots typical of Rhino ramps etc. Overall not a bad buy. Material and workmanship are good. How useful they actually are depends on what you expect from them.
