Review on 🎶 Metra 95-6522B Double DIN Stereo Dash Kit: Enhancing Select 2002-2005 Dodge Ram Installation by Dana Mahendra

I have a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT and this kit fitted perfectly and was relatively easy to install. I recommend carefully piercing the plastic welds on the original bezel with a 1/4" drill bit so you can easily remove the original bezel without damaging the rest of the plastic assembly. Some youtube videos also tell you to cut off the top of the rest of the assembly (small plastic support rod), for this kit you don't have to do that at all, it fits with no modifications, and if you install a two-noise, you need to replace the center plastic piece in the dash that supported the OEM radio as well as carefully cut out the upper plastic parts in the same place. otherwise, a two-DIN stereo wins. t screw flush (something I found out when I installed mine). Finally, use the plastic stereo brackets that came with the kit, not the ones that came with the stereo you are purchasing. The brackets from the kit fit the dashboard much better.
