Exact replacement and works great
I first just bought the window motor assembly from another site and it didn't work due to the pin connections on the motor. Also, since the motor and controller are fixed, it would be difficult to remove and reinstall them. This part was perfect for the driver's door on my 2011 Subaru Legacy. Couldn't be happier for the fact that it saved me $400 in dealer maintenance and wasn't any louder than the original it replaced, so I'm not sure about other reviewers. Buy with confidence and save some money. I was not paid or otherwise compensated for this review.
