Review on Bosch GXL18V 26B22 Compact Driver Kit with 2 Power Tools by Chad Mills

The terrible battery life of this combo makes it useless unless you shell out another $100 for a bigger battery. I've had this combo for a few months now and I've always wondered why I change batteries so often. Today I started with a new battery and tried driving twelve 3" wood screws with an impact wrench. It was in soft/wet wood, not hardwood. I couldn't get the job done with a battery. This is unacceptable to me and if I were in a return period I would return this combo. My choice is to not spend the extra $100+ on a higher capacity battery or to forgo the tooling altogether. For reference, I also have tools for 18B, yellow and orange so i know how long batteries last i am a bosch fan and have a lot of their tools but stay away from this combo or any cordless tool from them with these batteries its a waste of money.
