The best thing about verdas was their customer service! They were always responsive to my questions and made sure I had everything I needed from them when purchasing the product. This all ended in September 2018 with the FDA deciding they will not be allowed into the states where we operate due to state laws regarding THC content. We are working hard to find another provider but it has been difficult so far. It would have helped if there was some sort of way for us to transfer our data over without having to pay an exorbitant amount of money as well. If you plan on buying products or services from this company make sure your requirements match what they offer because there is no support for customizations after the fact.
