I'm a pretty strict parent when it comes to screens and kids. My house has limited TV time and I think we're better off. My son is getting too old to play video games. He deserves it, he can play unasked on rainy days or after chores and we both love it. I don't care about what he's playing or watching. Some games are good for brain development, some are just for entertainment. It's great for long car rides. We both like to sit together and take turns playing a few games. I would recommend this to everyone. The only complaint is that the battery life drains pretty quickly. If you keep the volume low, however, it takes a little longer.
