The program helped me with my communication skill which was very important in customer service position at our school district! I also liked how they made it easy for you if your schedule changed or something came up during class time so there wasn't any stress from them as well since we were doing this remotely through Zoom. It's been hard trying out new things but having someone who knows what i'm going threw give advice makes everything easier than just reading about stuff online alone. Nothing really specific other then maybe try different ways of learning such as videos vs text etc..? You can learn anything anywhere nowadays anyways though!!
