First of all I would like to apologize because I thought the product fail all the while my ASICS was the failure! Now I would like to say this product is very helpful to me with my new Hoka it’s works best and with my knee problems solved!Thank you!

The arch is too far up, does not support my arch.

Cons

inserts did not work for me. Increased over all pain.
