Perfect for replacing RV 12v batteries
Works perfect! I was a little worried about doing it since I didnt see anyone with the set up I was trying to achieve in my RV. But basically I installed 12kw of lithium’s in my 5th wheel but its all 48v so I still had to keep the old flooded lead acid batteries for all the lights, slides, jacks, etc. I took 4 of these and wired them into my 48v lithium and then on the other end wired it right into the same wire the old 12v batteries were. Gives me 120 amps of power so all of the jacks work flawlessly and the lights are steady. Most importantly it saved me a ton of space and weight, these things are tiny and I just made a piece of wood to mount them on up and out of the way.
- This voltage reducer was exactly as it was advertised. It was easy to install and performed nicely.
- Says it can take input voltage to 57v but have had two now fail with input voltage at 50v
