Useful Tool For Patients With Multiple Doctors

We use MayaMD for our patients to communicate with their providers about their appointments, tests, and any other issues they may have. It has been extremely helpful in keeping our patients informed of their status as well as communicating with us when necessary. The only issue I can think of is that it can be difficult to navigate at times. Our patients love using this tool because it helps them keep track of all of their appointments.
As a result, we are able to better assess their needs and provide them with the best care possible.

Pros

Easy interface
Patient friendly; patient's really like how easy everything looks.
I don't remember ever having an uncomfortable encounter utilizing these features which makes me happy!

Cons

Can sometimes get complicated if you forget your password so try not let yourself do something along those lines too much or else no one will know what happened
