Connecting Patients Through Personalized Care Plans

I like that it has helped me connect with patients in such an effective way. It's very easy for them to navigate through their own care plan as well! There are some things we have been able to build into our system to help streamline the process of scheduling appointments but this could use more development time. We've used other platforms before and there were many features missing or outdated which makes it difficult to create custom workflows. Maya helps us provide better customer service by

Useful Tool For Patients With Multiple Doctors

We use MayaMD for our patients to communicate with their providers about their appointments, tests, and any other issues they may have. It has been extremely helpful in keeping our patients informed of their status as well as communicating with us when necessary.   • I don't remember ever having an uncomfortable encounter utilizing these features which makes me happy!

  • Can sometimes get complicated if you forget your password so try not let yourself do something along those lines too much or else no one will know what happened

Solid appointment booking platform... needs better Customer Service

I love that there are so many options for scheduling appointments (including same day). It's easy enough if you're not tech savvy but still gives me confidence in it being able do what i need done when needed without having someone else jump into my computer with little training or knowledge of how things work! The only thing about this system at moment would be their lackadaisical support services which could use some improvement from time-to-time as well sometimes taking too long between…
