I like that it has helped me connect with patients in such an effective way. It's very easy for them to navigate through their own care plan as well! There are some things we have been able to build into our system to help streamline the process of scheduling appointments but this could use more development time. We've used other platforms before and there were many features missing or outdated which makes it difficult to create custom workflows. Maya helps us provide better customer service by connecting with each patient after they choose to get connected with one another. After you complete your first appointment, you will be given a questionnaire where you can answer questions about what was helpful and what wasn't so far. This allows us to communicate back to all future patients when they come in who don't remember seeing any previous interactions from us.
