Failed in less than a year
I purchased and installed a Genie OEM garage door trolley in April 2019. In February 2020 it fell apart after a derailment and my garage door slammed shut. These parts aren't difficult to install or maintain, and I sincerely believe that cheap plastic is at the root of the problem. I ordered another one and it installed quickly, but I'm worried this one will fail as well.
