I liked the idea of these little egg cookers, they fit in the pot really easily but unfortunately they are difficult to clean. I used vinegar as suggested in the instructions which glued the egg white to the stainless steel surface like epoxy. After washing such a tiny thing for too long, I tried again without vinegar. Absolutely the same result. :( Also the little finger grip has metal rotating around a little plastic knob which is an amazing heat conductor. I'm sure after a few more tries I'll train myself to lift it with a more efficient squeezing motion to avoid burning myself , but since you clean a small poached egg too much I won't use them, but might be good for seed germination.
