Great product, poor packaging

I'm glad I finally got a replacement for my old remote control. Even better, no setup was required, it's one click and go. The only reason for 4 stars was the packaging. It crumbles in a plastic bag. The remote control is flimsy plastic so my first one broke but the replacement came in 2 days.
