The stars are for the table…I love the pool table, it’s sturdy and looks nice in my space…I hate the customer service and lack of a warranty.The table arrived far after the expected arrival date and had very noticeable scratches on one side. I was given a partial refund for the damage (no compensation for the late arrival). Two days later when I finally started playing on the table I noticed a small tear in the felt. I didn’t want the tear to get worse over time with more play so I requested a replacement. A replacement wasn’t an option and I was referred to the manufacturer who told me I had to go through Revain. I would expect to be able to replace an item I only had literally, for a couple of days (less than a week) under some type of warranty, but it was refused more than once. I could only return it and repurchase it. I am very disappointed in how this matter was handled and left unresolved for me, the customer.
