For its intended purpose, this lock works well. I would not use a combination lock for high security purposes. In my opinion this type of lock should be used when bike theft is unlikely and a light deterrent is needed. I use this lock when I only go shopping or to a café and only leave my bike for a short time. I consider this my "cafe" burg. It's a little heavy, but easy to carry in the trunk and quick to unfold and remove. If I store my bike for a long time, I pair this lock with my Abus Mini Ulock or my Litelok.
