I like that it's very easy for me as an admin user, to see which of our prospects are interested in what we have and also to send out follow-up emails with them if they haven't responded yet. It has been really helpful because when you don't know who your customers/prospects contact info could be stored somewhere else or in someone else's hands but not always available - this makes sure all important information about every prospect is on one system so no one can mess up! Nothing at the moment. We're just getting started using it. The only thing i wish was different would be maybe more templates to choose from? That way people wouldn't feel limited by the current ones offered. As well there should probably be some sort of training section where people can learn how to use it better and faster. Managing our pipeline process.
