Overall good experience...just wish more functionality

I like that it enables us as an agency to pull in all of our data from multiple sources into one tool, which helps save time. That said, we will be switching over to using Marketo next month for a number of reasons, so this won't last long! At first, when pulling down the most basic information about clients (Name, phone numbers), there were some fields missing. This was very frustrating at times because it took too much effort to find what you needed. The team has been responsive and helpful…

Great tool especially useful during sales cycle

I like that it's very easy for me as an admin user, to see which of our prospects are interested in what we have and also to send out follow-up emails with them if they haven't responded yet. It has been really helpful because when you don't know who your customers/prospects contact info could be stored somewhere else or in someone else's hands but not always available - this makes sure all important information about every prospect is on one system so no one can mess up! Nothing at the moment.

Deal Doc has been a tremendous help to our customer service team!

The user interface is really easy to use, it's very intuitive! I am able to find what I'm looking for in no time. It has helped us with our customer service department by being able to quickly locate all of our past deals that we've closed. We can also export these into Excel so they are available as reference when needed. This isn't an issue but sometimes you have to click or tap twice before something happens (e.g., opening another window). Sometimes this takes some getting used to because…
