I like that it enables us as an agency to pull in all of our data from multiple sources into one tool, which helps save time. That said, we will be switching over to using Marketo next month for a number of reasons, so this won't last long! At first, when pulling down the most basic information about clients (Name, phone numbers), there were some fields missing. This was very frustrating at times because it took too much effort to find what you needed. The team has been responsive and helpful getting back to me every day with updated answers or fixes. If you are looking for a single platform solution they can do it but only if your willing to invest heavily up front. We need something which links straight to CRMs of various types - Salesforce/Marketo. It has been very helpful in managing my clients' accounts as well as keeping track of all communications with them, including emails, phone calls, etc. The program does not allow for multiple users (which can be an issue when you're trying to keep track of several projects at once). I will say that it's helped me get organized so much better than before because it allows me to see everything about each contact/client within one place!
