Durable foot support
I wear a men's 11 and put the Size 2 Men 8-11 insoles into my Keen composite toe work shoes. These replace a synxsole everyday insole that I've been using for about a month. They offer about the same support but there's a bit better feeling from the material on top. I don't think these are especially soft or squishy but they do offer plenty of support and prevent pain and knee issues that I get in my 10,000 daily steps at work.
- I double this up with a foam insert under it. I can get in a couple days without wearing my orthotics.
- Don’t waste your money, just go buy DR. Scholls HD inserts.
