Review on Giftgarden Woodgrain Picture Ledge Shelf Set - 24 Inch Black Floating Shelves for Storage in Home and Office, Set of 3 Different Sizes by Tim Harris

The shelves themselves are satisfactory. Cheap material but whatever I wasn't expecting otherwise. But the screws and sleeves they include are completely useless as are their directions. They recommend 8 mm drill bit to set the sleeves. If you use a 8 mm bit the sleeves just fall right out and can't grip at all. I then moved down to 6 mm and despite hammering in the sleeves, they STILL fell right out. The screws included don't seem to be thick enough to cause the sleeves to expand and grip the wall. I changed out for my own screws and the sleeves still didn't expand and just fell right out.At this point I'll have to repair all the holes in my wall and start over with new sleeves and screws. All in all this process will probably end up costing more than the product.My advice, the shelves are fine, but DO NOT USE the hardware that comes with these. They clearly never tried installing these themselves using their own directions.Giving 2 stars because the shelves are decent otherwise it would be 0 because of the frustration caused by the useless hardware.
